Mother's Pasalubong from Baguio Citey!

It's been one week since my mom arrived from her trip in Luzon. However, I put off posting about her pasalubongs because it was not appropriate to write about them during Yolanda's wake. Now that things are looking up, let's post them once and for all!

Strawberries and longgan

Na pinapak ng little boy

Yuri also enjoyed disrupting lola as she arranged the stuff on the bed

For the neighbors: Jars and jars and jars of...

Strawberry jam

Peanut brittle and

Strawberry jam ulit

As well as candies from Baguio and Pangasinan

Strawberry candies

I don't know what these are pero lasang coconut

Same as the ones above but in a different shape

My favorite! Finger nuts! Made of peanuts, wafer, and chocolate. Yum!

Huli cow!

Mother also picked up a box of Muhlach ensaymada in the airport. We used to buy these when I was young. We also asked for a box whenever friends go to Manila. Oh, childhood memories :-)

The box was an assortment, but two pieces were already missing when I woke up that morning so I would never know what the complete assortment was.

A pile of souvenir shirts

And the cutest one for Yuri, which he wore last Sunday

And 200 grams of candy

"Holey Wood." Sige na nga!

And tons of souvenirs to distribute among co-workers

And silver bracelets for all of us, including the yayey!

Guess which one is mine?

Happy Thursday to all of you! We're headed to the pedia today. Wish us luck! :D
