A photo of me and my posse from the photo-booth at the event
Two Sundays ago, we were invited to attend Jollibee's launch of the Happy Plus card. How exciting!
I'll tell you a secret. I've never been a member of any kiddie club (outside of school) when I was young. I would have loved to join, but my parents were always super busy and there would be no one who can accompany me every day.
Now, being invited to Jollibee's events makes me see what I missed! I always adore the Jollibee Kids' Club members and hope Yuri can be a member, too!
So back to the event na hehe. We eat at Jollibee so often - it's Yuri's favorite, really! - that it has become a running joke within the family that we need to have membership cards. Haha! Imagine my excitement to know what a Happy Plus card is!
First dibs on the Happy Plus cards!
I'll tell you more about the Happy Plus card later in this post. Before that, here are some photos from Sunday:
The media people were invited to an early lunch at Jollibee. Photo above shows Yuri anxiously waiting for his "tikenjoy" hihi
I don't know why I don't have a food photo, but we ate a looot! After lunch, we were whisked to SMX to have first dibs on the activities and booths:
A reading booth! I want to have something like this at home.
Bookmark-making booth
What does this button do?
Cotton candy booth!
Cupcake-decorating booth
And a face-painting booth. Fun!
The stage
And the screen
Saling-pusa
Look who the cameras captured!
Some of the JKC members dance; Jollibee joins them afterward
There were some games that followed; I don't know why I lost the photos! Clumsy me. More dance numbers followed, this time from Jollibee and the entire gang!
Unfortunately, someone I know was getting very grumpy because it was way past his naptime...
We weren't able to finish the program since a little boy I know was already throwing little tantrums. Actually, he was relatively behaved, but I know a boy about to throw a fit when I see one! So I had to say goodbye to Ms. Chele from Stratworks PR and assure her that we honestly did have a great time!
By the way, here are some pieces of information about the Happy Plus card:
